A real Stepping Stone – Lush

Stepping Stone BannerOne thing that always “gets me” about Lush’s products are the names. Whoever comes up with these names should be awarded a “Punny medal of honour”. If you’re reading this, I salute you. I saluteThe much dreaded Sunday evening with its taste of the Monday Blues, to me, is usually a bath time feast. It’s the time of the week, where I try to relax and indulge in my favourite bath products. Just so that it’s very clear – I’ve had the worst time trying to ration my Lush products – I want to use them every day, all day long!

This week I set out to try the blue, fresh smelling, foot-shaped foot scrub called Stepping Stone. As with the Each Peach Massage bar, my purchase was based on smell. It smells like the ocean, if the ocean smelled like citrus and jojoba. At first, I wasn’t convinced that this brittle bar could quite stand up to the challenge, but as soon as it hit the water and I worked it onto my feet, I could feel the sea salt and pumice doing its magic. How to use: Break into preferred sizes for future uses (I think I’d get about 3 uses out of it) and store in a cool, dry place. If you would like to purchase your very own Smurf maker… I mean Stepping Stone, you can head on over to the Lush site.

stepping stone 1** I think I might have to factor into my monthly budget some extra money for Lush … who needs to eat? **
